Injured Knee What Cardio Activity Can One Do With An Injured Knee?

What cardio activity can one do with an injured knee? - injured knee

It hurts knee since November 2006, but was still involved in sport) (basketball, football and athletics. However, I want to run again, but hurt my knee. No one will exacerbate the existing problems, I wish other exercises that are so intense that the race well and let me do some cardio too. Are there exercises out there? Thank you in advance.
